WiUA has undertaken an organisational reset to focus on improving our wellbeing and ensure solid foundations for the future. Our reset began with a committee-led strategy workshop in November, where we came together and decided our focus for the next three years.
At our recent June AGM, we presented our strategy and are now ready to share it as a resource for our members.
There are four central branches to our proposed mahi and we have identified key indicators which will let us know if we're on track in these areas. Under each of these central branches there are specific actions we'll be looking to undertake. The four branches are:
- Organisational effectiveness
- Movement building
- Knowledge creation
- Policy influence
